Services

From System of Record to System of Intelligence.

We partner with corporate functions — HR, Finance, IT — to turn Workday from a system of record into a system of intelligence. Each engagement starts with where you actually stand: a scoped diagnostic, an architecture review, or hands-on programme leadership. We leave behind a measurable improvement and a team that can sustain it without us.

Why CloudMcFly

  • Senior Delivery

Workday-certified since 2016, 25+ implementations across more than 20 countries and industries. The consultant in the pitch is the consultant on the project — no pyramid, no handoffs to juniors.

  • Workday + AI in one team

Dual expertise that most clients split across two vendors — with us it comes from a single team.

  • EU AI Act by Design

Governance, data protection and risk classification are part of the consulting work, not an appendix at the end.

  • DACH-focused

We know the German Mittelstand, works councils, and the cultural fabric — and we work in German as well as English.

AI Readiness & Strategy

From potential to roadmap — compliant by design, economically viable.

We analyse where AI delivers real value in your HR and finance landscape — not just slideware. Use cases are scored against EU AI Act, data readiness and feasibility, so you know what to start with and what to defer.

How we work with you

Together with your team we identify 8–12 use cases, score them on value, risk and effort, and consolidate them into a 12-month roadmap. Workshops happen with the business teams, not over their heads — the outcome is aligned, not imposed.

We deliver

  • Use case portfolio prioritised by value, risk and feasibility
  • EU AI Act readiness assessment and governance model
  • 12-month roadmap with clear owners and identified quick wins

Workday End-to-End

One accountability — from implementation to application management.

We take accountability for Workday across the entire lifecycle: PMP-led implementation and programme leadership, tenant architecture and configuration, automation and Workday Extend apps — through to ongoing application management (AMS). At home in Workday since 2016, we deliver at senior level ourselves: no juniors, no handoffs.

How we work with you

The entry point follows your situation: an architecture and configuration audit, interim programme leadership, or the rollout of individual modules. From there we deliver hands-on — business process optimisation across HCM, REC, COMP and Prism, integrations and Extend apps, release governance — and, if you wish, run ongoing operations as AMS.

We deliver

  • Implementation, tenant architecture and PMP-led programme leadership
  • Optimisation, automation and Extend apps across HCM, REC, COMP and Prism
  • Application management services (AMS) and release governance after go-live

Enablement & Adoption

Technology only delivers ROI when teams use it confidently.

We combine role-based training with real change support. Our "Safe Playground" approach lets teams experiment without putting production data at risk — and adoption is measured, not hoped for.

How we work with you

Together with you we build role-based learning paths (C-level, power users, operations), support rollout with change communication, and establish a super-user programme that carries on after we leave. Adoption is made visible through clear KPIs — not gut feel.

We deliver

  • Role-based learning paths from C-level to operations
  • Change management and adoption tracking with clear KPIs
  • Super-user programme for sustainable in-house enablement

FAQ

Frequently asked

How does a typical engagement start?
We almost always start with a clearly scoped format — a 3–4 week readiness assessment or a 1–2 week Workday audit. That produces a concrete proposal for next steps, without you having to commit to a large programme up front.
How do you handle data and the EU AI Act?
Data stays in your environment; where possible, we work directly in the tenant or via secure interfaces. For AI use cases, we classify the application under the EU AI Act and document data flows, roles and approvals — so the solution remains auditable after we leave.
What does your consulting cost?
We build pricing individually with you, because scope and complexity always differ. In the first call we clarify what you actually need, and you receive a written proposal with transparent day rates or fixed prices.
How quickly do we see impact?
An AI readiness assessment delivers a result in 3–4 weeks. Automation pilots typically go live after 4–6 weeks. PM takeovers create impact on day one because bottlenecks are immediately offloaded.
Do you work alongside existing system integrators?
Yes, that is more rule than exception. We take on the roles a client does not get from their SI — strategic advisory, PM backbone, architecture audits, AI topics — and work constructively alongside the existing setup.
Which languages and regions do you cover?
German and English, focused on DACH. For international clients with DACH headquarters we also deliver across borders.
How do you handle NDA and IP?
We sign NDAs before any substantive conversation. All project artefacts (documents, configurations, workflows) transfer to the client — no IP lock-in.
